Shipping & Returns

We ship to anywhere in the world! Orders usually will be processed for shipping within 2-14 business days when all items ordered are in stock and full payments are made. In case the order cannot be processed within 7 working days, we will notify the customer regarding the delay. All items will be packaged safely and securely by our specialized staff. Additional shipping and handling charges may apply wherever applicable and is included in the shipping charge when checking out the order. We use mailing service operated by Singapore Post as the most cost effective and most reliable service. Emails will be send to you on the status of your order. Tracking number will be provided upon request as it will not be reflected in the system automatically. Shipping fee is applicable depending on the type of shipping method that you choose for the zone that you ship to. For package under 2kg, we offer Singapore Registered Post with tracking number, but limited status updates, estimated delivery standard between 4 to 14 working days upon processed order. For package over 2kg, we offer Singapore Speedpost Package Standard with tracking number, estimated delivery standard between 6 to 14 working days upon processed order. Please take note that all shipping has a limited liability claim as per Terms & Conditions by Singapore Registered Post and Singapore Speedpost. Additional full insurance coverage will only be provided upon request. In case of loss or damage of product caused by the post office which Quantum Racing RC Hobby International will not hold responsible in, however will conduct a claim against the post office for the losses or damages with limited liability claim. For additional insurance coverage to cover the full value of your product shipment, please contact us at enquiries@quantumracing-rc.com for additional payment. All delivery time stated is estimated delivery standard and we do not hold responsibility for any late deliveries or uncontrollable circumstances due by the post office, third party service provider or custom clearance, locally or at destination. All types of deliveries charges is inclusive of shipping, handling and miscellaneous fee if applicable. Please do not accept the package if it is opened or damaged, or the package is delivered without your signature. Please report to the local post office if any item in the package is missing or damaged and inform us immediately with a copy of the report so that we can proceed to file an insurance claim for you. The investigation period of the missing or damaged package may vary which may take up to 30-90 days and we hope for your kind understanding in dealing with the inconvenience matter. Due to the nature of the electronic products and parts, all sales will be final. Any misuse, abuse and defect of the electronic products and parts upon receiving the item are not responsible by Quantum Racing Hobby and we do not offer any kinds of warranty to the electronic products and parts sold. All warranty of the electronic products and parts will be handled directly by the original manufacturers. We do offer assistance to send the misuse, abuse or defect electronics products and parts on behalf of you with all the shipping cost bear by the purchaser. Once the package is opened or has been used, it can no longer be returned or exchanged. Only unopened and unused package can be returned within 7 days with receipts attached to the item, at a 15% re-stocking fee, and all the shipping cost to be bear by purchaser.
